Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of a cooking unevenness on food and secure an uniform exposure of an object being cooked to the hot air, by constituting a device such that a part of a bent rectifying plate regulating the passage of the hot air is situated against a partition plate whereon the rectifying plate is secured.
CONSTITUTION: A partition 21 wherewith a heating chamber 12 and a fan room 13 are partitioned is provided, a suction port 22 being positioned at approximately a center of the partition 21. Blow-off ports 23, 24, and 25 blowing off the hot air from the fan room 13 to the heating chamber 12 are provided at both sides of the suction port. The blow-off ports 24 and 25 are provided with rectifying strips 28 and 29 of a bent rectifying plate 26, a flat part 27 being welded to the partition 21. In the case of a radiation cooking, the cooking is performed by a upper heater 15 and a lower heater 16 charged with electricity. In the event of the cooking being performed in a forced convection heating method, a heater 20 is charged with electricity, a motor 18 being driven. Thus, the stabilized hot air is supplied to the whole heating chamber from the blow-off ports 23, 24, and 25 through the working of a fan 17 and the rectifying plate 26.
