Abstract

PURPOSE: To uniformly heat an entire cooked object by providing a hot air outlet for blowing into a roaster in the center and a hot air inlet at right and left.
CONSTITUTION: A heat calorie flowing out of right and left hot air inlets 7 on a hot air diaphragm 5 and a combustion gas from a gas burner 16 which passes through a combustion gas channel 15, flow into a suction chamber 11 and are sucked through a suction port 19 by means of a fan 18. The interior of a fan housing chamber 12 is sufficiently larger than the profile of the fan 18, and the fan 18 and a hot air outlet 6 are sufficiently apart from each other.
