Abstract
PURPOSE: To even the heat distribution inside a heating chamber by a method wherein a suction port is composed of plural punched holes and arranged between two upper and lower oven pans, in an oven of hot-air circulation system.
CONSTITUTION: In a heater, air in a heating chamber 2 is sucked into a partitioned chamber 16 through a suction port 20 of the rear wall 19 of the heating chamber by the rotation of a fan 18, heated to be hot air by a heater 17 in the chamber 16, and then the hot air is blown off from right and left blow-off ports 21 into the heating chamber 2 to heat and cook the cooked matters 23 on a rotary pan 22. The suction port 20 is composed of plural punched holes and arranged between the upper and lower rotary pans 9, 22. By such construction, all the hot air blown off form the blow-off ports 21 passes through the rotary pans 9 and 22; therefore, vertically evened heating can be obtained by adjusting the heating capacities at the lower face of the lower pan 9 and at the upper face of the upper pan 22 through regulation of the position and shape of the blow-off ports.
