により、調理物表面の乾燥が防止されながら焼き上げら

て調理物はロストルアとの接触面からの直接的な加熱作
用のみならず熱風による間接的な加熱作用により、表面
加熱のみでなく調理物の内部まで均等に加熱せしめるこ
とが出来、又熱風と共に吸引された外部の湿った空気が
調理物に作用することにより、調理物の乾燥が防止され
て調理物を柔らかく焼き上げることが出来る等その実用
的効果甚だ大なるものである。
