Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable sensitivity adjustment automatically every frame period, by automatically producing the pulse signal determining the charge storage time of the frame scanning period image section at the time determined in response to the CCD output signal.
CONSTITUTION: The light input of CCD 12 consisting of the image section 21, storage section 22, and readout section 23 is made for photo electric conversion at the image section 21, and the storage period is changed in the production timing of the clear pulse CL and it is transferred to the storage section 22 in high speed during the frame blanking period. Further, it is transferred to the readout section 23 every scanning one line period. The output read out is branched at the preamplifier 14, one is composite video signal via the addition circuit 15, and another is DC voltage in response to the pick up output signal level at the integration circuit 16 and it is inputted to the monostable multivibrator 17, and the trigger pulse is fed to the frame scanning start point from the circuit 13. The tail ridge of the output pulse is differentiated and shaped at the differentiation and shape circuit 18 to establish the clear pulse CL and logical sum synthesis is taken to the output of the circuit 13 at the logical sum circuit 19.
