Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain weatherproofing sintering magnetic material with improved magnetic property by adding the predetermined amount of Cr, Si, constituting the rest as Fe and impurities, and increasing the density ratio of sintering to the predetermined level.
CONSTITUTION: Lubricant such as stearate zinc is added and mixed with electrolytic Fe powder, Cr of 3W12wt% and Si of 1W3wt% to obtain the predetermined composition. Then, the density ratio of sintering is increased to more than 95% to produce the predetermined magnetic property and thus mechanical strength is imporved. By so doing, it is possible to obtain the weatherproofing sintering magnetic material including Cr less than 12wt% and with improved magnetic property.
