CONSTITUTION:The circuit is constituted by optical fibers 1, 2, 3, 31..., spherical lenses 4, 5, 6, 61..., circular cylindrical enclosures 7, 8, 81... and rotating spherical bodies 9, 91... The spherical lenses are made of quartz, glass, acrylics, etc. and mirror electret films 10, 101... are provided respectively in the inside of the rotating spherical bodies. Light may be transmitted to arbitrary optical fiber by rotating, e.g., only the rotating spherical body 91 out of the rotating, spherical bodies 9, 91... in which the mirror electret films 10, 101... are positioned within the plane parallel to the direction of light, reflecting the light emitted from the optical fiber 1 by the mirror electret film 101, transmitting the same to the optical fiber 31 through the spherical lens 61 and doing others.
