Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate accident caused by contact between electrodes by preventing the sliding of elastic gasket for electrolyte chamber by providing a projection on the sliding of elastic gasket for electrolyte chamber by providing a projection on the elastic gasket side for the electrolyte chamber of electrode frame provided at the peripheral edge portion of electrode. CONSTITUTION:The peripheral edge portions of the positive and negative electrodes 2 and 2' are provided with the electrode frames 1 and 1' for electric connection, and the elastic gasket 7 side for electrolyte chamber of the electrode frames 1 and 1' is fitted with the projections 11 and 12 on an optional position or all periphery of the electrode frames.
