Abstract

본 발명은 알카리-아연 2차전지의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 상세하게는 아연 및 아연산화물을 활물질로 하는 아연 음전극을 가지는 알카리-아연 2차전지의 제조방법에 있어서, 아연 음전극 에지부에 해당하는 부분과 일치하는 한쪽 로울러의 양 외곽부에 돌출부가 형성된 로울러를 이용하여 아연 음전극의 에지부를 극판 중앙부보다 더 가압하여 아연 활물질을 집전체에 형성시키므로써 아연 음전극 에지부에서의 활물질 탈락 및 음전극 극판의 변형을 억제하고, 이에 따른 전지 싸이클 수명을 증진시키며, 극판 제조공정을 단순화할 수 있고 제품의 불량률을 감소시킬 수 있는 알카리-아연 2차전지의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an alkali-zinc secondary battery, and more particularly, in a method for manufacturing an alkali-zinc secondary battery having a zinc negative electrode using zinc and zinc oxide as an active material, at a zinc negative electrode edge portion.
