Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture the sheet having one face of good repelling property for molten metal, by blowing heated oxidizing gas against the one face of the sheet in a fixed temperature extent and forming oxidation film preventing sticking of plating metal. CONSTITUTION:The sheet 2 carried out activating treatment in reducing atmosphere in the reducing furnace 1, is continuously supplied to the one side oxidizing apparatus 3 at a high speed. On the other hand, only N2 gas as a carrier gas, is heated 5 at about 200-600 deg.C and necessary quantity of O2 for carrying out oxidation of the sheet 2, is mixed with N2 gas in the mixer 6 provided just before the apparatus 3. The above mixed gas is blown against the one side of the sheet 2 travelling in the spparatus 3 and making film is formed by oxidizing. As a result, the sheet having the one face of good repelling property for molten zinc especially, can be manufactured.
