Abstract
PURPOSE: To effect prevention of caulking, prevention of sticking tar, and prevention of condensing component having high boiling point by utilizing dilution effect derived when hot gas from process gas takeout section is cooled and simultaneously diluted by inactive gas.
CONSTITUTION: Sample gas taken out of gas takeout section 1 is introduced into dilution section 2 through inlet 6, and difuted and cooled therein. Thereafter, tar and dust removed by mist dust remover 7 is drained through drain outlet 8, and the still remaining dust is completely filtrated by fine filter 9. Sample gas is then carried to analizing appatus 24 where it is further dilulted by mixer 14, and a predetermined amount thereof is taken out from flow meter tube 16 as a sample. The sample gas from tube 16 is intorduced together with carrier gas into oxidation furnace 19 and reparator column 21. Amounts of CO2 and O2 separated by separator column 20 as well as amounted of O2 and other components separated by the separator column 21 are all measured by detector 23 of the analizing apparatus 24.
