Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent dust explosion certainly and at a low cast by a mechanism wherein a specific amount of dust of which a particle size is greater than the collecting dust is introduced into a secondary dust collecting portion of a bag filter type from a bypass to collect and the chemical activity of the dust is lowered.
CONSTITUTION: A branched pipe 7 is provided to an exhaust pipe 3 at the point before a cyclone dust collecting machine 1 such that the all amount of an exhaust gas is not sent into the cyclone dust collecting machine, and 5W10% of the exhaust gas is directly sent into an exhaust gas pipe 4 communicated with a bag filter dust collecting machine 2 through the branched pipe 7. Because, in a bag filter dust collecting machine, the dust of above 20μ to be collected at the primary cleaning process is collected along with the very fine dust to lower the chemical activity of the dust and the explosion is prevented.
