Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the output signal which is capable of having an optional phase deviation to the input signal by controlling the phase deviation angle of the PLL. CONSTITUTION:Phase comparator 10 detects the pahse difference between two input signals, i.g., the input and output signals of the PLL and then converts the difference into the voltage. This voltage is then made to pass through loop filter 20, and the stability, the response properties and the synchronous properties are decided for the PLL according to the anplitude and phase properties of the voltage. In filter 20 the inverse input terminal of operational amplifier 21 is connected to the output terminal of comparator 10, and the 1st control voltage is applied to the noninverse input terminal of operational amplifier 21A. As a result, filter operates so as to secure the equal level between the output voltage of comparator 10 and the 1st control voltage. Accordingly, the phase deviation angle between the input and output signals can be controlled freely by the 1st control voltage. At the same time, VCO30 receives the oscillation control by the output voltage of filter 20.
