Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain unexpensive exothermic bodies with high density arrangement by minimizing occupying space near the recording area of a supporter and giving two-dimensional connection to both outgoing wires on the supporter and wires reaching the diode matrix. CONSTITUTION:Outgoing wires 2 on the end surface of a supporter 3 where exothermic bodies are mounted and extensions of outgoing wires 2 on the side of the supporter 3 are connected or bonded. A flexible base 4 is provided with a wiring pattern, on which the 2nd land 102 is arranged so that it may be put on the 1st land part 101. A through hole 102a is fitted in the center of the 2nd land part 102 and the 1st land part 101 and the 2nd land part 102 are fixed by soldering.
