In addition, detectors 51 and 52 are installed to detect the presence or absence of the two input of coupler 41, and switches 71 and 72 are switched alternatively to the grounded state in response to the output of detectors 51 and 52 in order to maintain the input phase difference at 90 deg. for coupler 42 when the input of one of the two detectors is stopped.
