Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the influence of the succeeding-stage amplifying part upon the load impedance of the preceding-stage amplifying part to stabilize the operation of the preceding-stage amplifying part, by preventing the reflection wave dependent upon mismatching between the succeeding-stage amplifying part and a power distributing circuit from being input to the preceding-stage amplifying part. CONSTITUTION:Directional coupler 1 of coupling degree 4.8dB and directional coupler 2 of coupling degree 3dB are cascaded. Transmission lines 21, 22 and 23 having the same impedance as couplers 1 and 2 are connected to terminals 12', 13' and 14' where the incident wave from terminal 11 is distributed equally and appears. Lengths l1 and l2 of line 21 and 22 are set to satisfy (l/6+a)lambda and (l/12+ a)lambda respectively (however, lambda is wave length and l is length of line 23 and is equal to alambda). When loads having the same impedance are connected to terminals 24, 25 and 26, the incident wave from terminal 11 generates reflection waves of the same amplitude at terminals 24, 25 and 26 and is input to copulers 1 and 2. Then, all reflection electric power is distributed to terminals 15 and 16 equally and appears and is absorbed by matching loads.
