Abstract
PURPOSE:To always keep high the reliability of operation, by confirming the operation of a failure detection circuit through the production of virtual failure signal every alteration of the state of operation. CONSTITUTION:When a signal instructing the alteration of the operating state sets a flip-flop 11, relay circuits 15a-15n are operated through the Q output. Thus, relay contacts 16a-16n are closed and a virtual failure signal is fed to detection circuits 3a-3n at a bundle. In this case, when detection circuits 3a-3n are normally functioned, a normal output is obtained and the gate 12 is opened, the Q output of a flip-flop 11 is introduced to an alteration control circuit 1, allowing the status change control specified. At this time, since the Q output of the flip-flop 11 is input to a protection control circuit 4 as the operation inhibit signal, no protective operation is made.
