Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent higher harmonic spurious of an IF input signal and deterioration of transmittor distortion, and to make high gain coversion of the IF input signal to converted output available through inserting a frequency separating circuit in the input and the output sides respectively of a transistor. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate frequency input signal fIF from a terminal 1 is input together with a local input signal f1 to an input signal separating circuit 15 consisting of LPF 5 and BPF 11. Its output is applied to the base of a transistor TR10 through a matching circuit 7. The TR10 is excited in its capacity between the collector and the base to implement frequency conversion. The output of the TR10 is outputted from a terminal 3 through a matching circuit 9 and an output frequency separating circuit organized same as the input side. Through this the input f1 and the converted output fO can implement impedance matching with the TR10 without any influence by the fIF input side circuit.
