CONSTITUTION:The edge base material into which the heat plastic synthetic resin is impregnated is cut off into the ring shape, and this cut base material is put between upper molding tool 6 and lower molding 7 of the metal molding tool to be formed into the edge form with heat and pressure applied. In this case, injection formation part 8 provided to molding tool 6 and 7 is poured with the fused resin, and resin ring 5 is formed by injection simultaneously with edge main body 4. In such way, the speaker diaphragm edge is produced, realizing the rational manufacturing process and increasing the productivity.
