Abstract
PURPOSE:To speed up the measurement and to increase the accuracy, by enabling the incident light axis and measurement light axis for finaly adjustable to the incident and emitting prism. CONSTITUTION:The frame stand 1 is located on the wind cooled tempered galss 2 via the screw 3 adjustable up and down, and the incident prism 6, light source 9 support stand 8 are borne on the shaft 4 of the frame stand 1 and the emitting prism 7 and optical measrement 13 support stand 11 are borne with the shaft 5. Thus, the laser light 18 is emitted from the light source 9 and it is collected with the collection lens 10. When the support stand 8 is turned by taking the shaft 4 as a center and the light axis of the collective laser light 18' to the incident prism is finely adjusted, most of the collective laser light 18' is controlled so that it is critical incident angle determined with the reffractive factor ratio of the incident prism 6 to the wind cooled tempered galss 2. Two types of light components 19 and 20 given to the light propagated at the surface of the wind cooled tempered galss 2 are respectively clear light spots 21 and 22. They can easily and surely be observed with the eye-contact micrometer 17 to achieve desired object.
