Abstract

PURPOSE: To accomplish even distribution of cooling air volume by means of angle- adjustable rectifying plates mounted to the inlet and the output of the heat exchanger tube unit.
CONSTITUTION: Sent from a blower, cooling air reaches a heat transmitting section passing through an air duct and a damper 12. After reducing the heat of the pipe 10, the air is released into the open air passing through an exhaust duct 1. Generally, the opening area of a duct 11 at the heat transmitting section is wider than the cross-sectional area of the air ducts 1 and 6. Therefore, rectifying plates 9 provided on the inlet side of the section are arranged in angle that those closer to the outside turns outwards to evenly blow the cooling air to the section while rectifying plates 8 provided on the outlet side thereof are done so that those closer to the outside turn innerwards to gather the air blown from the heat transmitting section to the inside. Each of the rectifying plates 8 and 9 can be separately adjusted in the angle thereby checking the diviation of the cooling air. Thus, the heat exchanger tube 10 can be cooled evenly.
