Abstract
PURPOSE: To shorten a manufacture line length and make conpact a full size of a facility by integrally assembling a hang-type oven for achieving a heating cure and a water tank for effecting a cooling, demolding and original injection through a lifter.
CONSTITUTION: A water tank 1 and a plurality of molds 2 are mounted on a roller conveyer 9 in a hanged type oven 8. Subsequently, because the heating cure has been already effected by a high temperature vapor and others, a metallic mold 2c in which the heating cure has been completed is extruded from an outlet port 8b to a second lifter chamber 10 by an extruding operation to be mounted on an elevator which has been put in standby condition. The metallic mold 2c is gone down by the elevator 12 through the chamber to be immersed during a predetermined time with the elevator 12 in the water tank 1 to be cooled. Following this process, the metallic mold 2c is transferred from the elevator 12 to the roller conveyer 3 to commence a commence a demolding process.
