Abstract
PURPOSE:To shorten heattreatment time and to improve productivity by a method wherein a blow-molded part is fixed thermally by the use of a molding die with double die structure which is made by setting detachablely and touchablely a thin inner die on the inside of an outer die. CONSTITUTION:A molding die is made up by setting detachablely and touchablely a thin inner die on the inside of an outer die capable of being held at a high temperature. After having thermally fixed a thermoplastic resin blow-molded part in the inner die under a state where these outer and inner dies are kept into contact, the outer die is removed from the inner die as the molded part is kept in inner die. Then, the inner die is cooled and then the blow-molded part is taken out. The molding die with the said double die structure is composed, for example, of an outer die 1, an inner die 2, ducts 3 for the solvent for regulating the temperature of the outer die, an inner die cooler 4, a solvent passage 5 to the coller, rods 6 for lifting the cooler 4, etc.
