Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate the danger of power being supplied to load unnecessarily even when circuit breaker is turned on by mistake, by providing auxiliary contacts whose switching operation is opposite to that of a circuit breaker of a main circuit of a unit starting device inside a sequency circuit.
CONSTITUTION: A circuit is formed by inserting ordinary plug 18 into jack 7 on the stationary side and wiring circuit breaker 8 is closed by the voltage supplied from ordinary power supply 2, in the case of ordinary use. In the case of testing, however, the ordinary plug is pulled out, and a testing plug is inserted. In this case the main contact of wiring circuit breaker 3 of the main circuit must be open. But, even if wiring circuit breaker 3 is closed by mistake, since auxiliary contacts 8 and 9 perform the operation opposite to that of the main contact of wiring circuit breaker 3, the main contact of electromagnetic contact device 4 is opened, and the unnecessary power supply to load L is prevented.
