Abstract
PURPOSE:To secure an assured detection of the step-out in the automatic frequency control loop in a high response speed by combining the 90 deg.-phase shifter and the phase detector for synchronous advisory. CONSTITUTION:The automatic frequency control loop comprises frequency converter 2, synchronous signal detection filter 4, phase detector 7 and voltage control oscillator 6 each. The signal supplied at signal input point 1 is delivered to signal output point 3 after the frequency conversion. While the synchronous signal detected through synchronous signal detection filter 4 is supplied also to 90 deg.-phase shifter 13 and then supplied to synchronous supervisory phase detector 14 in the form of the signal featuring the 90 deg. phase advance to the input synchronous signal. The output of oscillator 6 is supplied to detector 14, and the phase difference of the above two input is detected. This output voltage is drawn out after comparison with alarm setting voltage 16 at comparator 17 to drive alarm display unit 11.
