Abstract
PURPOSE:To achieve the stable oscillated frequency against the temperature change in environs, by using the NPN type of emitter coupling as the transistor of the oscillation section and PNP type for the control circuit transistor. CONSTITUTION:The capacitance 111 is connected between the emitters of the transistors Tr 15 and 16 of the same conduction type, the base of Tr 15 is connected to the collector of Tr 16, the base of Tr 16 is connected to the collector of Tr 15, and the collectors of Tr 15,Tr 16 are connected to the power supply 113 through the resistors 11 and 12 respectively. Further, the emitter and collector of Tr 17 are connected to Tr 16, and control voltage is fed to the bases of Tr 17 and 18. Further, the emitter of Tr 26 of opposite conduction type as Tr 15,16 is connected to the base of Tr 17,18, and the diodes 27 and 28 are connected between the base and collector of Tr 26 in the forward direction to the base current of Tr 26.
