Abstract

PURPOSE:To make stable the oscillation by connecting a constant current source to the emitter, in the oscillation circuit making positive feedback between the base and the emitter of transistor. CONSTITUTION:The base bias of the transistor Q3 is given by the diodes D1 and D2 having strong constant voltage performance, and taking the forward voltage drop of one diode as VF, the collector current IC2 of the transistor Q2 is approximately VF/R8, whoch is independently of the variation of the power supply voltage V2. The emitter capacitance of the transistor Q2 is greatly dependent on the collector current IC2, but since the emitter capacitance is made stable by this, the resonant frequency f0 is made stable with the voltage variation of the power supply voltage V2.
