Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve thermal efficiency, by uniformly heating heating pipes by disposing a circular burner provided with a large number of flame holes around an exhaust pipe and by mounting the flame holes toward the heating pipe sides.
CONSTITUTION: Heating pipes 2 are arranged to a combustion chamber 1' of a combustor 1 of a hot ges engine, such as, a Stirling engine, etc., and an exhaust pipe 3 is inserted into the center from an opening port 5 and installed. Air flowing in from an upper portion of the opening portion 5 is heated by means of the exhaust pipe 3, and supplied near the flame holes 4' of a burner 4, and flames are injected toward the heating pipe 2 directions from the flame holes 4' when the burner 4 is ignited. The heating pipes 2 can uniformly be heated because the length of gas flames at that time is short and the intevals of the flame holes 4' can be equalized. Combustion gas is exhausted through the exhaust pipe 3, draft effect is produced at that time and power required when utilizing a blast fan of air for combustion can be lessened.
