Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce NOx by a method wherein a passage through which the air for combustion is separated into the primary and the secondary air for combustion to be flow is installed in a blast box.
CONSTITUTION: The primary combustion chamber 2, the secondary combustion chamber 3 and an air nozzle 5 for the secondary combustion are installed in a burner tile 1 which is to be fitted to a high temperature burning furnace such as fire bricks. And together with this, air passages for the primary and secondary combustion are installed in a blast box 6 and further, rotary vanes 16 are installed at air passages 8b, 8b of the primary combustion use. In this way, without reconstructing a furnace, with an extremely simple operation such as fitting the burner tile 1 to a furnace wall and without reducing the function of a furnace, an NOx can be reduced.
