Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a device excellent in a temperature characteristic, source voltage characteristic and a low intensity of illumination by a simplified construction including a photoelectric conversion element and FET device.
CONSTITUTION: An FETQ3 serves to achieve a sustaining control for a constant current, to apply a reference voltage to one end of a photoelectric conversion element PD throuth a variable resistor R1V and is adjusted by a resistor R2V. An FETQ2 also has a constant current sustaining fuction and is operated as a current bias for an amplifier use FETQ1. If the FETQ1 and Q2 having the same structure are selected to be used, the temperature variation at the connection point VOUT1 of the source and drain of the both can be neglected. According to such a structure, the output variation can be derived from the element PD under a very small influence due to the variations in the source voltage or temperature, and the output VOUT2 of the amplifier use FETQ4 is temperature-compensated as well.
