Abstract

The supporting parts 10, 11, for supporting the projections 3, 4, are formed at a position far from the center of rotation of molds 8, 9, being constituted of the heat-resisting rubber like as silicone rubber; when the magnet 1 is supporting parts 10, 11, the cavities 12 are formed between the inner wall of molds 8, 9, and the magnet 1, and between the inner wall of molds 8, 9, and the holder 7 of the holding body 2; then, the molten metal of low melting point is poured from the pouring gate 13 through the molten metal guide path 14; and the molds 8, 9, are rotated so as to fill up the cavities 12 with the molten metal; after cooling process, the magnet 1 is taken out; hereby, plural pieces of ornamental materials, whose entire surface except the projections 3, 4, being covered by the low melting point metal 15, are cast at one time.
