That is, Cr equivalent = Cr- 40C-2Mn-4Ni + 6Si + 4Mo + 8V + 2W-40N. Preharden hardness of the steel for this glass forming metal mold, is HRC 10W35 and oxidation resisting property at less than 700°C is superior especially.
