Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve adhesion rate of surface active agent to colloidal particles, by mixing the drainage, such as printing and dying factory drainage, etc., containing the surface active agent with the medicine liquid containing the colloidal particles having micell concentration on the surface in a mixing vessel and circulating the above mixture and then, stirring by jetting from the fine slit sprayer.
CONSTITUTION: Drainage of the water tank 1 is sent to the mixing vessel 3 by the pump 2 and at the same time, a suitable quantity of colloidal solution is injected from the medicine liquid vessel 4. Next, the mixed solution in the vessel 3 is pumped up by the pump 5 shutting the electromagnetic valve 8 and opening the electromagnetic valve 6 and is stirred by jetting it on the mixed solution in the vessel 3 from the fine slit sprayer 7 through the branch pipe P1 and then, the above circulation treatment is carried out for a fixed time. On the one hand, surface active agent in the drainage is successively associated by contacting with the colloidal particles, and the surface active agent is adsorbed by the colloidal particles, because the surface of the colloidal particles of the medicine liquid is held in micell concentration. At this point of time, the drainage in the vessel 3 is transferred to the aggregation vessel 9 through the branch pipe P2 by shutting the valve 6 and opening the valve 8. Next, the drainage aggregated by flocculant, is sent to the precipitation vessel 11 through the valve 10 after its pH is regulated.
