Abstract
PURPOSE: To ensure prevention of occurrence of fire by preventing overheating which occurs in the case of stopping operation of the fan forcibly, by abolishing the use of a thermospring provided in a power transistor, and by connecting a thermistor to the system instead.
CONSTITUTION: The turn controller 20 is connected to the thermister 21 which has such a characteristic as to rapidly lower electric resistance at the time of ascent of temperatue and is provided in parallel with a transistor circuit 23 connecting the power transistor 22's base terminal B to an emitter terminal E through 2 transistors. In this mechanism, if the fan was stopped forcibly and an excessibely large current passed a fan motor M, transistor 22 went up, since electric resistance of the thermister 21 goes down, base current IB does not pass the transistor circuit 23 and most part of it passes the thermister 21 to turn off the power transistor 22, and therefore, temperature ascent is prevented.
