PURPOSE:To prevent the breaking of wire during the winding work of step-motor for clock by a method wherein roundnesses are provided to corner parts, etc., of a magnetic core frame formed by molding. CONSTITUTION:A spool 8 consisting of a magnetic core frame 2 and coil frames 3 are formed with a thermoplastic resin. A magnetic core 1 is pushed in the magnetic core frame 2. Then roundnesses 7 are formed at the corner parts of the magnetic core frame 2 changing the shape of the magnetic core frame 2 by heat using a heated rounding punch. As the frame is made to have roundenesses, the occurrence of the breaking of wire during the winding work is vanished.
