Abstract
PURPOSE:To extremely easily conduct the mass production of the coil frame by covering a long magnetic stainless steel wire with a synthetic resin fame at a predetermined interval while feeding continuously the wire and thereafter cutting the wire of the exposed part between the frames. CONSTITUTION:The long magentic stainless steel wire 3 is fed continuously, and the frames 1 formed of synthesic resin and having collars at both ends are simultaneously covered on the outer periphery of the wire 3 at a predetermined interval by a molding machine provided at a process line. After all the frames 1 are covered thereon, or every time the frame 1 is covered, the wire 3 ic cut at the part X exposed between the frames 1, and the respective coil frames are thus produced. Thus, the mass production of the coil frames can be extremely easily conducted, and even if long coil frames are produced, no deformation occurs thereat.
