Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the breakdown of the memory contents due to the noise and then increase both the stability and the reliability, by gating the division signal through the gate signal generating circuit and then applying the signal to the clock reproducing circuit. CONSTITUTION:In case the basic clock supplied to terminal A is normal, no output is delivered from dividing circuit 1. And the output is supplied to clock reproducing circuit 5 to produce the reproduction clock. Then the memory control signal is produced from memory control signal generating circuit 3 and via the timing of shift register 2. In case the noise is mixed into the basic clock, the gate signal becomes line TG' with the input of circuit 5 gated. And the reproduction clock becomes like CK0'. The memory control signals produced from the reproduction clock and via register 2 and circuit 3 become like MC1' and MC2' each.
