Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a compound film which is excellent in chemical resisting, heat resisting and chlorine resisting properties by a method wherein a super-thin film, which is obtained by bridging a polymer having a specified constitution unit with an amide union or an urea union being derived from a secondary amino group, is supported by a microporous supporting base body. CONSTITUTION:A super-thin film bridged with an amide or urea union being derived from a secondary amino group in a soluble polymer having a constitution unit expressed in the formula I is supported onto a microporous supporting base body of a glassy porous material, ceramics, etc. R1 in the formula is a tribalent hydrocarbon group with 2-30 carbon number which may have oxygen, sulfur and halogen atoms. Y is direct union and an alkylene group, etc. with 1-3 carbon number, and X is carbonyl or sulfonyl union. R2 is a hydrocarbon group with only the secondary amino group with active hydrogen, R4 is a hydrocarbon group with 1-20 carbon number with no primary amino group, and R2 and R3 may form a ring.
