Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain bean-jam-filled wafers with nice taste, by filling the inside of one skin of the bean-jam-filled wafers with azuki bean jam and the inside of the other skin with a marrhmallow like expanded elastic food consisting of an aqueous solution of sugar and thick malt syrup, mint, and gelatine soln, followed by covering with a pair of the skin.
CONSTITUTION: The azuki bean jam 2 is filled in the inside of one skin of bean- jam-filled wafers. A marrhmallow like expanded elastic food 3, obtained by adding a small amount of mint and gelatine soln to an aqueous solution boiled and cooled previously consisting of sugar and thick malt syrup, followed by fothing, is filled in the inside of the other skin. The two skins are combined so that both the azuki bean jam and the expanded elastic food 3 are enclosed.
