Abstract
PURPOSE: To make a safety operation capable, with an emission reduced as well of nitrogen oxide, by controlling a quantity of water injection into the combustor, in the method of detecting the temperature of air and exhaust gas, the pressure of compressed air and the pressure surge in the combustor with a specific operation processed.
CONSTITUTION: With an exhaust gas temperature detector 10 and a compressed air pressure detector 11 provided, both of the outputs are added by an adder 16 to make corresponding to the combustion temperature within a combustor 4. And at the inlet to an air compressor 2 is provided a temperature detector 9 for air 1, and this output and an output of the adder 16 are multiplied 17, to correct the combustion temperature from the air temperature, with this output controlling the flow rate of a water injection 13 in proportion to the combustion temperature. Further with a pressure surge detectot 12 provided in the combustor 4 and an upper limiter 20 provided, this output and a lower output of the multiplier 17 make a control of the flow rate control valve 14. In this way, at the state of pressure surge being low, a nitrogen oxide emission is reduced by providing a quantity of water injection proportional to the temperature, simultaneously with a limit operation acted for a high pressure surge to enable an operation of the combustor to be safe.
