Abstract

PURPOSE: To make use of the energy of fluids such as water, wind etc. efficiently by rotating blade plates except those sustaining hydraulic or wind power, towards a direction of the flow, and thereby enabling the unit to rotate to a predetermined diretion regardless of the direction of the flow.
CONSTITUTION: Each blade plate 4a1..., 4b1..., 4c1... is prevented its rotation to a same direction by means of another neighboring arm, and is provided with a rotating power by either hydraulic or wind pressure exerted on other plate surface, while when the hydraulic or wind pressure is directed from right to left, blade plates 4a3, 4b3... are pressed and other plates become idle, and in consequence the rotation of the shaft 1 is directed to the same direction, making an efficient use of the fluid energy of such as wind or water.
