Abstract
PURPOSE:To ensure the high-speed operation as well as realize the low power consumption for the differential amplifying circuit, by giving the feeding to the bias circuit with the output of the emitter-follower circuit. CONSTITUTION:Transistor TRT14 froms the bias circuit with diode D3 which generates the constant voltage, diodes D4 and D5 plus resistance R2. And then the constant current circuit is formed with resistance R5 and TRT3 which is driven by the bias circuit. Then the collectors of differential amplifying TRs T1 and T2 which have the common connection of the emitters to the constant current circuit possesses load R, and the emitter-follower circuit is formed with TRT15, diodes D1 and D2 plus resistance R3. And the feeding is given to the bias circuit with the output of the emitter-follower circuit. As a result, the high-speed operation becomes possible, at the same time realizing the low power consumption.
