Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize high-speed operation without increasing power consumption by using an inverter of constant-current characteristics as a sense circuit for an OR array and by letting a driver circuit operate as a feedback loop. CONSTITUTION:As a sense circuit for an OR array composed of transistor TrQ15, an inverter with a load of constant-current characteristics is used to provide the omission of the input resistance of TrQ15, so that the operation of TrQ15 is increased in speed without increasing power consumption. Further, a driver circuit for the OR array, composed mainly of TrQ13, detects the emitter potential of TrQ12 to determine the base potential of TrQ11, and consequently the emitter output potential of TrQ12 can be suppressed to a certain degree even if a power voltage would increase. Additionally, even if TrQ15 should be saturated, its collector potential can be suppressed below a certain value low enough not to cause malfunction.
