CONSTITUTION:With a magnetic-force cutoff plate 9 pulled out manually (E), a magnetic repulsive-force between permanent magnets 5 and 4 for drive and rotor respectively causes a rotor 3 to rotate in the direction of weaker repulsive magnetic- force (A), and a magnetic repulsive-force between permanent magnets 6 and 4 for repulsion and rotor respectively causes the rotor to rotate from the strong magnetic- field side 6a to the weak magnetic-field side 6b (A). During this action of the rotor 3, a control unit 8, linked with a rotor shaft 2, actuates a shutter 7 to advance (B) in order to cover the front of the permanent magnet 5 for driving, and when the permanent magents 4 and 5 face each other, the shutter 7 is backed. Thus, a power source can be obtained without using an electric power.
