Abstract
PURPOSE: To maintain appropriate thermal efficiency at all times by injecting fluid at the desired moment, by preventing clogging of crystallized heat accumulating material inside of the fluid injection pipe which interrupts the flow of fluid.
CONSTITUTION: Heat accumulating material 2 is stored inside of the heat accumulating tank 1, placing fluid 3 upon it whose specific gravity is smaller than the material 2, while heater 5 is installed in the material 2, and cooler 4 in the fluid 3. For the purpose of getting better thermal efficiency, heat exchange of direct contact system is employed by sucking fluid 3 into the suction pipe 7 and injecting it into the material 2 thru the injection pipe 8 by the circulator 6. Below the material 2, fluid 9 is placed which is larger in its specific gravity, which does not condensate within the range of using temperature and is hard to melt with the material 2. Tip 8a of the injection pipe 8 is located in the fluid 9. Under this construction, material 2 never penetrates thru the tip 8a and clogs the pipe 8a, accordingly, the desired purpose is obtained.
