Abstract

CONSTITUTION: After the tank 20 is connected to the intermediate part of the low temperature water supply heater drain tube 11 and heat is exchanged between the drain of the low temperature water supply heater 9 and the fluid in the tank 20, the former is recollected in the condenser 4. When the drain of the low temperature water supply heater passes through the tank, it does not use another heat energy as the heat source of the fluid viscosity rise or freezing prevention for the tank 20. Accordingly, drain heat energy is effectively utilized and can serve as saving resources.
