Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to automate all the winding works by installing a pin on an end surface of a cylindrical winding jig and a movable pin free to move in and out on a cylinder surface corresponding to the former pin so as to provided winding while feeding the jig to each slot. CONSTITUTION:A convex 2 is provided on an end surface of a cylindrical winding jig body 1 and also positioning pins 3 are provided in equal interval on a circumference portion of the end surface. A slit 4 is further provided on a cylinder surface of the jig body corresponding to each positioning pin 3, and in the slit 4 is provided a movable pin 5 free to go in and out. In performing the winding work, the movable pin 5 is protruded first, a flier 12 installed around the jig body 1 is rotated to wind a wire 11 by a slot with the guides of each positioning pin 3 and the movable pin 5, then the jig body 1 is fed by a slot with the movable pin 5 retreated, and the movable pin 5 is protruded again to wind the wire 11 by a slot.
