Abstract
PURPOSE:To easily perform the wire-connecting work of a lead wire as well as to pevent the exposure of a coil by a method wherein, after the coil has been inserted in a core, the annular insulating plate having a terminal plate formed in a body is installed at the aperture section of a slot and then a resin molding is performed on the whole surface of the insulating plate. CONSTITUTION:After the coil 3 has been inserted in the core slot of the axial void type stator, the annular insulating plate 12 having a hole wherein the teeth section of the core will be fitted, is installed at the aperture section of the slot. On this insulating plate 12, the terminal plate section 14 having an electrode member 13, to be used for connecting the end section of the coil and the lead wire of the stator, is formed in a body. Then, these materials are arranged in the mold and the stator is formed in a body using a molding material 11. Through these procecures, the connecting work of a lead-out section can be performed easily and the molding material is exposed on the surface of the molding material 11 even when the coil 3 is shifted while the molding work is performed, thereby enabling to improve both productivity and quality of the stator.
