Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate transferring of a winding to a winding-inserting jig by arranging winding-inserting and winding-forming jigs to form a soild base together at a proper angle to each other and rotating the base so as to perform winding-inserting and winding-forming processes sequentially.
CONSTITUTION: Iron-core seat 8 is provided so that iron core 4 to which winding 9 is to be inserted can be moved in the axial direction 5. On the axis of that iron-core seat 8 supporting point 18 is provided and then winding-inserting jig 2 and winding- forming jig 3 are arranged so as to form a solid base together at a proper angle θ to each other. The base is prepared so that it can rotate round supporting point 18, being driven by cylinder 22. For mounting winding 9 on iron core 4 in this constitution, first winding 9 is transferred to inserting jig 2 and the latter is turned at the angle θ in the direction of arrow 6a. Then iron 4 is moved in the axial direction and the winding is inserted to the core. Next the jig 2 is turned at the angle θ in the direction of arrow 6b and iron core 4 is moved again in the axial direction so that forming jig 3 perform the forming of winding with forming piece 14 thereof.
