Abstract
PURPOSE:To firmly bond a ring carrier and piston blank by setting the abrasion- resistant metallic ring carrier in the piston ring position of dies and pouring molten alloy metal under the specified pressure. CONSTITUTION:Outside circumferential part of a ring carrier 6 is fitted to the serrated part 2b provided to a stationary die 2.
